TRAINING

  • Iconic Running Routes

Log miles on the legendary red dirt roads and find your stride under the peaceful canopy of the Sing’ore Forest. You will also experience a training session at the famous clay tracks in Eldoret to train exactly where the world's elite athletes prepare.

  • Personal Pacers

Every guest is paired with a personal 1-on-1 pacer for a primary morning run and an optional second run to ensure you are supported at your specific intensity.

  • Kenyan Fartleks

Join a group of local runners every Thursday for a traditional Fartlek session, supported by our team van.

  • Moi Ben Road Long Run

Execute your Saturday long run on the famous Moi Ben road. This session includes a support van for fueling and hydration, covering distances from one hour to a full 35km marathon workout.

  • Hill Sprints/Drills

Participate in focused hill sprint sessions involving authentic Kenyan-style warm-ups and technical drills alongside local runners.

  • Strength/Conditioning

Join 30-minute strength and conditioning sessions specifically designed for runners to help you stay injury-free.

  • Professional Recovery

Refuel with world-class vegetarian-friendly meals and book one-hour professional massages with elite masseurs on-site for a $10 (1000 KES) upcharge.

  • Guided Iten Town Walk

Take a guided walk through the Iten town center and market, finishing with a drink at the Great Rift Valley Viewpoint.

Visit local coffee and tea farms to see these staples in their natural environment and learn about their production.

  • Kessup Waterfalls Hike

Join a guided 2-hour hike to the Kessup Waterfalls. Please bring sturdy shoes and long trousers for this trek.

  • Elite/Medalist Visits

Visit the talent academy founded by a Boston marathon winner and meet Olympic medalists in their homes to hear their personal stories.

  • School Visits

Connect with the local community through visits to a famous high school museum and a local primary school. We encourage you to bring small donations for the students if you wish.

  • Kalenjin Tribe

Experience life inside a traditional Kalenjin hut, meeting a local family and sampling traditional foods like ugali and mursik.
